- Comfort managing multi-line phone systems and scheduling software
- Experience with Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems preferred
- Understanding of HIPAA and commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality
- Empathy and professionalism when interacting with patients
Responsibilities:
- Maintain a professional, welcoming, and courteous attitude toward all patients
- Answer incoming phone calls and accurately relay messages
- Register new and returning patients according to clinic protocols
- Schedule appointments and manage cancellations, confirmations, and no-shows
- Collect patient payments and maintain accurate records
- Perform data entry and maintain patient information in the clinic management system
- Support daily front office operations to ensure a smooth patient experience
